Refunds
-We have a 14-day refund or free replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement of same item if defective or damaged.
-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You need to provide a clear photo showing the issue.
-To start a return/replacement (please indicate which one option you've selected) and contact us at spiritmode521@gmail.com
-We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photo and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or new item will be shipped within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
-If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at spiritmode521@gmail.com.
-All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that refunds, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, we will do our best to meet your needs.
